Role and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings as requested by the CEO and CBO with internal and external team members including meetings related to business development activities
- Collections and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals, including investors and board members
- Coeordinating and scheduling executive leadership team and board of director meetings and related phone or video calls
- Preparing materials and packages for executive leadership team, board of director meetings and other important company meetings
- Coeordinating arrangements and meetings related to annual conferences such as ESMO, ASCO and AACR
- Coeordinating arrangements and meetings related to investor relation functions including meetings and related phone or video calls with existing and potential investors
- Support and act as backup for other administrative staff including Office Manager and Facilities Coordinator
- Anticipates the needs of the CEO and CFO
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
- Represents CEO and CFO and Corvus with the highest level of professionalism
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in similar role with comparable responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in working with senior-level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including creation of slides for technical and business presentations
- Strong project management skills
- Able to build effective working relationships throughout the organization internally and externally to achieve goals
- Flexibility and willingness to solve problems that fall outside of immediate area of expertise
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills, with an exceptional attention to detail

Pay
Salary Range 140k – 170k
