About the Role
Serve as a trusted right hand, gatekeeper, and thought partner to senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role drives executive efficiency through complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, and project support. Success requires discretion, strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate meetings and conferences, and adapt to frequent last-minute changes.
- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries, prepare executives for travel, and complete expense reports.
- Plan and support meetings, retreats, and events, including agendas, presentation materials, room setup, audio/visual needs, refreshments, notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up tracking.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, draft executive communications, maintain document management, and interface professionally with high-level internal and external contacts.
- Manage special projects, streamline administrative processes, learn new technologies and applications, and support executives and their teams with ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of corporate administrative experience; C-Suite or senior executive support experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information, work independently, think strategically, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong professional communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
