Executive Assistant

Bustem helps e-commerce brands detect and stop copycats, counterfeiters, and unauthorized sellers. We are profitable, founder-led, and growing quickly, now protecting 120+ brands. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand to our founder across Bustem, his personal brand, and other side ventures. You'll be in the room, not just on the calendar - attending meetings, calls, and events, and helping carry the work forward, not just tracking it. What you'll do:Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and daily schedule across multiple projectsAttend meetings and events alongside the founderPrepare agendas, take notes, and drive follow-up on action itemsArrange domestic and international travel and logisticsAct as a liaison with internal and external stakeholdersHelp manage the founder's professional network and relationshipsSupport a growing side referral business in the e-commerce spaceWhat we're looking for:Native or professional fluency in English3-6 years of Executive Assistant experience, including 1-2 years supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many concurrent prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Google or Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or AttioAvailable to check messages on weekends and respond within about an hour if neededLocation: On-site in New York CityCompensation: $90,000-$100,000 base salary, plus daily lunch and dinner stipend
