About the role
You are essential to our office and to our success. As the backbone of the function, you ensure that the Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) you support have what they need to seamlessly serve our clients and meet their internal commitments and goals. You anticipate needs, look ahead, and prevent problems from arising.
This position involves managing case team logistics, complex schedules (including internal and external meetings), end-to-end ownership of travel planning, and tracking time and expenses. The role starts with a 30-day in-office onboarding period to build strong foundations and accelerate learning. After the first 30 days, we operate in a hybrid model with the expectation that team members are in the office 3 to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Act as a proactive partner and manage your MDP’s time in a fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly evolving client service environment:
- Own and drive calendar/complex meeting scheduling
- Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking travel and hotels, directions, commuting time, and ground transportation
- Process timesheets and expenses on a timely basis
- Support administrative aspects of MDP internal commitments: practice area activities, BCG leadership committees, recruiting, etc.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders:
- MDPs – Understand priorities and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate trade-offs
- Clients and their Assistants – Facilitate scheduling and communications with friendly professionalism and high attention to detail; build client relationships
- EA and AA peers – Lead case team logistics and collaborate to support other Partners, Principals, and BST leaders; provide back-up support
- BST peers and internal resources – Obtain and share information; help case teams navigate internal resources
- Proactively support high-leverage activities for MDPs, which may include:
- Assisting with account planning and client relationship management
- Conducting research and gathering information
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of client team materials (slides, proposals, onboarding decks), including proofreading and copying/binding
- Taking initiative on additional tasks as needed—be creative and think outside the box
- Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to MDPs, their teams, and others at BCG:
- Keep them informed of critical information they may not be aware of
- Guide them toward making decisions about the use of time
- Take initiative to bring important items to their attention
- Perform other duties as assigned or required, including some personal support; responsibilities will vary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred

Who You'll Work With
You'll work within a motivated, close-knit team reporting to the Administrative Services Manager. The team is collaborative and enjoys continuous learning and mentoring. Your manager will provide support, coaching, and developmental guidance as you grow your career at BCG.
Schedule
This role operates in a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members are in the office 3 to 5 days per week. The first 30 days include an in-office onboarding period. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for fully remote or virtual work.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $79,000. Specific base salaries depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. Total compensation includes:
- Base salary
- Annual discretionary performance bonus of up to 12%
- Retirement contribution starting at 5% and moving to 10% after 2 years
