Your New Role

If you’re looking for something new, challenging, and energizing, this Executive Assistant role offers the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing president and be inspired by a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

The organization is in growth mode and preparing to implement a strategic plan, so they need someone eager to work hard, learn quickly, and bring high energy, passion, and a strong work ethic to the role.

This could be someone earlier in their career who is excited to grow in a demanding executive support environment, or an experienced assistant who can step in and make the president’s life significantly more manageable.

As Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with this organization’s energetic president in day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted liaison between the leadership team and other departments while supporting strategic planning and organization-wide initiatives.

Additionally, you’ll respond to inquiries on behalf of the president, support special projects, and plan and coordinate meetings.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills will be key as you manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements.

This team is looking for someone who has experience working with board members, as this organization has 6 board committees!

Someone who can maintain confidentiality and is conscientious, patient, and self-directed would do very well in this role.
