Executive Assistant

Betches Media is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who is professional, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and exercises strong judgment, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential information. This person is not only highly organized, but also a thoughtful problem-solver who can anticipate needs, streamline operations, and help senior leaders operate at their highest level.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO and CCO, managing high-level communications, meeting requests, and correspondence
- Own complex calendar management across both personal and professional priorities, ensuring alignment and optimization of time
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events, including detailed logistics and itineraries
- Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, briefing documents, and internal communications
- Establish and maintain weekly planning rhythms to ensure priorities are aligned and executives are set up for success
- Track and manage cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, and key deliverables across the organization
- Lead special projects and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and scale executive impact
- Act as a proactive thought partner by anticipating needs, identifying challenges, and surfacing solutions
- Draft internal updates, talking points, and memos to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, investors, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Handle confidential information, contracts, and sensitive materials with the highest level of discretion
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands and navigating complex internal dynamics
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and other operational tasks tied to COO/CCO-led initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to operate with urgency, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar/project management tools
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus
Pay
The expected annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Final offers will consider years of experience, skills, and location.
