About the Role
Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a group of senior partners within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role serves as a trusted administrative partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and client interactions, and helping drive seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple complex calendars, executive communications, and meeting logistics
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses, reimbursements, and administrative documentation
- Supporting time entry, billing-related activities, and practice management processes
- Preparing presentations, agendas, and materials for meetings, events, and client initiatives
- Maintaining client relationship data and assisting with business development efforts
- Serving as a resource to colleagues by sharing best practices and supporting special projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative support experience in any industry
- Proven success managing complex schedules and competing priorities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with discretion
