Responsibilities
- Managing complex and ever-changing calendars
- Coordinating detailed domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expense reports and maintaining accurate records
- Serving as a trusted administrative partner to multiple senior executives
- Prioritizing competing requests and scheduling needs
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing proactive support to ensure executives can focus on strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience within corporate, professional services, financial services, or related environments
- Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A positive, collaborative, and low-ego work style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A resourceful approach to solving problems and anticipating executive needs
