About the role
Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products, including adult incontinence and infant diapers, for healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands such as Attends, Indas, and Comfees, as well as private label brands. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ complex schedules, executing meetings, appointments, and scheduling all domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Administer executives’ and employees’ expense reports.
- Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for processing.
- Manage office administration, including working with vendors, suppliers, preferred hotels, and property management, and maintain contracts.
- Coordinate office space allocation, reconfiguration, interiors, furniture, and leases.
- Implement and monitor administrative procedures and projects, including catering, event planning, and company announcements.
- Prepare email and letter correspondence, contracts, agreements, presentation materials, and other business documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Maintain filing systems and track documents.
- Perform other duties and projects as needed and assigned.
Requirements
- AA degree or BA/BS degree in business administration or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant to senior-level executives with the ability to learn quickly and work with little to no supervision.
- Capable of maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in verbal and written communication, calendaring, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Team player with the ability to interact with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible.
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
