About the role
Responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Arrange conference calls and video conferences
- Respond to general inquiries and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
