About the role
Omaha AOI is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO by managing and coordinating a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts with minimal disruption.
- Provide timely reminders and ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Attend key internal meetings to capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
- Plan and execute internal company events, managing all logistics including venue, catering, audio/visual, setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain the company-wide events calendar and collaborate with senior leadership on internal communications and announcements.
