Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a crucial role within the Overview Analysis Group, a leading international economics consulting firm with over 1,500 professionals globally. Established in 1981, the firm offers specialized expertise in economics, finance, health care analytics, and strategy to top-tier clients worldwide.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Provides executive-level and case-related support to Partners and Senior Staff, adapting to their unique work styles and promoting best practices.
Manages a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring deadlines for expert reports, deposition preparations, court appearances, client meetings, and trial schedules are met.
Supports meeting and event coordination, including conference room reservations and resource allocation.
Coordinates travel arrangements for Partners and Senior Staff, managing itineraries, passport and visa applications, and keeping all parties informed of changes.
Handles expense reimbursement, filing, and document management tasks, including LexisNexis CourtLink research and document alerts setup.
Assists with project and practice support, conducting conflict checks, drafting engagement letters, organizing documents, and preparing for depositions, trials, hearings, and client meetings.
Engages in special projects, such as updating deadlines, auditing reports, creating and maintaining deposition and case binders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of substantive relevant experience required.
Prior experience in the professional services industry preferred.
Prior experience supporting multiple senior level executives preferred.
Advanced PC capabilities (M365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) preferred.
