The Executive Assistant position at American Capital Group is located in Bellevue, WA. Position Overview
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Flexibility for additional hours may be required.
- On-Site Requirement: Physical presence at the corporate office during office hours is mandatory.
- Compensation Package:
- $36.06 to $38.46 / Hour

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of executive/administrative support experience, preferably in construction/general contracting.
- Experience with Procore preferred.
- Customer service experience required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive outlook and collaborative team approach.
- Responsibility and pride in work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Your Role
- Executive & Operations Support:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentation materials.
- Track operational initiatives, assignments, and follow-up items.
- Support executive reporting and special projects.
- Construction & Operations Administration:
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Distribute operational reports and company communications.
- Review administrative documents for completeness and maintain tracking logs.
- Support payroll allocations, records management, and departmental initiatives.
- Human Resources & Employee Support:
- Cooky interviews, onboarding activities, and employee travel.
- Manage inventory of company apparel, PPE, and employee equipment.
- Process PTO requests and assist with employee engagement events.
- Project & Systems Support:
- Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and tracking logs.
- Provide administrative support within Procore and other business systems.
- Track software licenses, subscriptions, and user access.
- Office Administration:
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Coordinate conference rooms, office meetings, and workplace logistics.
- Manage office, kitchen, and supply inventories while maintaining an organized office environment.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist with company meetings, events, data entry, filing, and miscellaneous administrative projects.
- Provide cross-functional support and collaborate with team members.
