Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
- Draft emails, correspondence, and internal communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
- Track organizational priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain organized records, documents, and contact databases
- Support coordination across fundraising, marketing, and program efforts
- Help maintain partnership tracking and relationship records
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or nonprofit work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); Excel is a plus
- Interest in youth development, education, or community impact
