Executive Assistant, Amazon LEO

About the role

Amazon LEO is launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. The team is seeking a bright, multitasking, self‑motivated individual to support the Director of ASIC. The role demands superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports.
• Drive key team activities such as meeting agendas, off‑sites, and all‑org meetings.
• Space planning.
• Travel coordination and expense reimbursement.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Foster a fun work environment and help others do the same.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
• Experience handling administrative details independently, exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed.
• Export Control Requirement: Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

• Experience leading process improvements.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company.
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple calendars.

Pay

USA, CA, Sunnyvale – $81,600.00 – $142,800.00 USD annually. The base salary range is listed above; final compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
