Responsibilities
- Plans and carries out administrative functions requiring considerable knowledge of the organization.
- Serves as a resource to physician leaders for interactions with the Bayfront Health Executive Offices.
- Aids in building relationships and educating targeted organizations and community leaders on Bayfront Health's role in the community.
- Manages within the approved budget and department operating plan, providing leadership for day-to-day operational and budgetary activities.
- Develops and implements departmental processes aimed at maximizing productivity and quality.
- Conducts research, data collection, and analysis of information with minimal supervision.
- Creates, prepares, and coordinates presentations, including charts, graphs as requested.
- Prepares routine and non-routine reports and performs special projects.
- Reviews all correspondence and prepares routine and non-routine correspondence for review by the executive office.
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel, and itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Enhances productivity of Senior Executive by assuming responsibility for designated leadership accountabilities and deliverables.
- Answers phone calls and independently resolves complex inquiries, referring to the Senior Executive as necessary.
- Screens and directs calls and visitors appropriately.
- Reconciles procurement card transactions and prepares expense reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree required.
- Skills: Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software, preferably Microsoft Office based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience: Five (5) years of customer service, administrative, secretarial, or related experience.
