Requirements
- Manage executive calendars in Outlook, prioritizing requests and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports (e.g., KPIs, goals, budgets) via a modest command of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through.
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide events, including town halls and offsite meetings.
- Conduct event research (venues, catering, logistics) and assist with budget preparation and coordination of vendors.
- Arrange executive travel, including transportation and accommodation.
- Attend meetings as needed, document discussions, and prepare minutes.
- Review and prioritize incoming communications, summarizing and distributing as appropriate.
- Perform general office management duties.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide support accordingly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% of domestic travel required to support offsite meetings and events
