Requirements

  • Manage executive calendars in Outlook, prioritizing requests and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports (e.g., KPIs, goals, budgets) via a modest command of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide events, including town halls and offsite meetings.
  • Conduct event research (venues, catering, logistics) and assist with budget preparation and coordination of vendors.
  • Arrange executive travel, including transportation and accommodation.
  • Attend meetings as needed, document discussions, and prepare minutes.
  • Review and prioritize incoming communications, summarizing and distributing as appropriate.
  • Perform general office management duties.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide support accordingly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10% of domestic travel required to support offsite meetings and events
