The Artificial Intelligence practice is one of AlixPartners' strategic growth areas, helping clients harness AI to drive performance improvement, accelerate decision-making, and transform how work gets done. Our professionals work at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business leadership, partnering with executives to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business results. You will be the primary contact for our clients, leading projects and client engagements on the ground, analyzing corporate performance, driving cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvement when it matters. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading projects and engagements.
  • Analyze corporate performance and drive cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
  • Build and develop new client relationships with public, private, and private equity-backed organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support clients based on expertise, leadership, and outstanding engagement results.
  • Lead business development in collaboration with C-Suite, funds, and financial institutions.
  • Manage all aspects of engagements, such as restructurings, liquidations, receiverships, and judicial managements.
  • Run day-to-day project operations, navigate disruption, manage project commercials and staffing, and mitigate risks in coordination with Partner & MD.
  • Define, communicate, motivate, and inspire change at executive levels and across broader stakeholder communities.
  • Structure approaches to solve complex problems, synthesizing information rapidly to drive insights and solutions.
  • Ensure a balanced and flexible approach, adapting direction as necessary.
  • Apply analytical skills to define, align, and scale data modeling and management approaches with client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry.
  • 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence consulting experience in a professional services firm environment preferred.
  • Solid track record of building and developing new client relationships leading to successful engagements.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support clients based on expertise and leadership.
  • Track record leading business development and collaborating with C-Suite, funds, and financial institutions.
  • Experience leading all aspects of engagements, such as restructurings, liquidations, receiverships, and judicial managements.
  • Ability to run day-to-day project operations, navigate disruption, manage project commercials and staffing, and mitigate risks.
  • High-energy style, flexible, and adaptive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to complex client environments and situations.
  • Skilled at defining, communicating, motivating, and inspiring change at executive levels.
  • Views problems from a big-picture perspective while identifying critical areas for deeper analysis.
  • Quickly structures approaches to solve complex problems and synthesizes information rapidly.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator who commands the room and adapts style to audience and circumstance.
  • Excellent impromptu communication skills under pressure.
  • Extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills, building trust with clients and peers.
  • Adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modeling and management approaches with client needs.
  • Skilled at identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, errors, and conclusions using an 80/20 approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or foreign equivalent.
  • Master’s degree and/or certification in related specialty area(s) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours as projects and needs arise.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer for significant portions of the workday.

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $230,000/year - $410,000/year with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
