Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Serve as the primary receptionist by greeting visitors.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships as detailed by the CCO.
- Schedule meetings specifically for C-Level or Directors and maintain conference room calendars.
- Aid in weekly and other office catering requests.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Care for office maintenance and communicate with building management and service providers.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative records.
- Support leadership with administrative projects and reporting.
- Aid in data entry and document management.
- Support cross-functional teams with special projects assigned.
- Aid in LINQ culture events such as annual trips and employee Golden Tickets.
- Work alongside marketing when needed to order supplies and replenish stock for LINQ swag.
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, conducting initial phone screening conversations, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Support new hire onboarding including background checks, new hire paperwork and offer letters.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in Paylocity HRIS system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support employee benefit enrollments.
- Support internal reporting requests for HR related information.
- Maintain new employee gift program and ensure delivery to all new hires.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
- Perform other HR related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
Anticipated hiring salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Applicants with related experience may be considered for higher salary range.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce.
