Proactively protect time for high-value activities and flag conflicts for resolution. Maintain an accountability dashboard tracking where executive time is allocated versus stated priorities. Management Operating System Support – Serve as a key partner in maintaining the cadence and consistency of Longroad's management operating systems. Ensure recurring meetings and operating rhythms stay on the calendar with the right attendees, appropriate advance notice, and reliable execution. From time to time, identify and recommend process efficiencies where executives are involved, contributing a ground-level perspective on how operating rhythms can be strengthened.
Board & Stakeholder Management – Execute full logistics for Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meals, materials coordination, and on-site support. Assist in maintaining a structured approach to key internal and external stakeholder relationships, including consistent outreach cadence and relationship tracking.
