Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of administrative activities necessary to assist the CEO including research, report preparation, informational request, and clerical support.
  • Maintain credit union organization charts and employee directory.
  • Aids the CEO with board material preparation, record and distribute board attendance and minutes.
  • Aid in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc., for the CEO and board members.
  • Maintain the calendar of events and schedules for the CEO and Board.
  • Care for and update administrative records, policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Coordinate and assist with preparation for all meetings involving the CEO.

  • Maintain Board Portal to disseminate materials for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, supporting documentation and committee reports.
  • Compose and process letters for officers of the credit union. Ensure accuracy of work.
  • Provide flexible administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested and assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Experience: Associate’s degree in business administration, secretarial science, communications, or related field; 3+ years related experience in an executive administrative support position required.
  • Skills: Skilled in typing, effective composition skills in developing written communication, strong proofreading skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discression.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook Calendar management and Teams.
