Responsibilities The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive and department leadership while serving as a key liaison between leadership and associates. This role coordinates daily administrative functions, supports departmental initiatives and projects, manages communications, and ensures the efficient operation of the department. The position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and department leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Serve as a liaison between department associates and leadership, facilitating effective communication, responding to inquiries, coordinating department communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Arrange and support department meetings, events, onboarding activities, and team initiatives to promote effective operations and associate engagement. Support the planning, tracking, and execution of departmental initiatives, projects, and special assignments by coordinating schedules, organizing documentation, monitoring milestones, and preparing status reports, meeting agendas and presentations. Process invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and procurement requests while maintaining accurate budgetary and financial records for the department. Maintain departmental records, files, and confidential information, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with organizational policies and standards. Support department operations by identifying administrative efficiencies, coordinating resources, and assisting with activities that contribute to departmental and organizational success.
