Executive Administrative Assistant Benefits Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday rotation.Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm in our office in Joelton, TN.Opportunity to work closely with company leadership and gain broad organizational experienceSupportive and professional work environment Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements Proven excellence in customer serviceStrong organizational, time management, and scheduling skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivableProficiency with office management software (Word, Excel, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints in a courteous, professional mannerSupport the Appointment Center by scheduling when call volume is high or staff coverage is lowMaintain office supply inventory; coordinate with vendors and order flowers or gifts when neededCoordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos/reports, and ensure departments stay informedBook and manage travel arrangements for owners and team membersProcess credit card payments from customers and vendorsHandle all incoming/outgoing mail, including 401k letters, birthday cards, newsletters, USPS, UPS, and FedExAct as the main point of communication and oversee the office cleaning contractorRepresent the company’s purpose, mission, and values while providing remarkable customer experiences The Pay Range For This Role Is 16 - 17 USD per week(Main Office)
