About the role

CYPFER is a global market leader in ransomware post-breach remediation and cyber-attack first response. We enable clients to return to business rapidly, following a cyber-attack. Our team includes cybersecurity professionals working with prominent global insurance carriers, leading law firms, and Fortune 1000 businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and follow up on the priorities and deliverables of the executives, gather relevant information/data from direct reports, the CYPFER leadership team, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence on behalf of the executives with accuracy and detail.
  • Arrange travel and plan for on-site meetings, conferences, community outreach, team events, and other off-site functions.
  • Create reports, presentations, status updates, and other business documents to streamline executive administrative workflows.
  • Prepare agendas, gather relevant deliverables and reports, take meeting minutes, and drive action-item follow-up routines on executive directives and projects.
  • Maintain records, track deadlines, and assist with office operations.
  • Assist with ad hoc initiatives and operational improvements as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality with professionalism at all times.
  • Partner with the operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across the organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
  • A background in cybersecurity, technology, law firms, or professional services environments preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management experience considered an asset.
  • Administrative professional certification(s), such as CAP, CEAP, PACE, or similar, considered an asset.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of executive administrative, executive assistant, office management, or related experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an elevated level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
