About the role

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO and other corporate departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with calendar management, coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Help organize travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper) and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
  • Support coordination of events, board meetings, and company-wide communications.
  • Track and manage office supplies, materials, and vendor requests as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of administrative, office, or internship experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Pay

The salary range for this role is USD $70,000–$75,000. The salary offer will be based on job-related education, training, and experience. Coeur Mining provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
