Primary Responsibilities
- Acting as the single point of contact for named accounts
- Developing and managing short and long term account plans for named clients
- Communicating the entire CN One value proposition to Clients within their Industry
- Providing industry insights and thought leadership to Brand Collections
- Leveraging industry-specific insights to grow Print, Digital, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential revenue across all collections
- Coordinating brand and product specialist resources to support the account
- Penetrating existing accounts via sell through of Digital, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential Ad Products
- Providing accurate and timely business reporting, including revenue estimates, annual projections, and share of market analysis
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience of consultative integrated (multichannel) sales experience with demonstrated ability to navigate relationships with both clients and the agencies
- Strategic, consultative selling experience with proven ability to navigate large and complex deals
- Proven experience in creating compelling and persuasive presentations

- Strong relationships with print/digital/programmatic/PR agencies and key client accounts
- Strong relationships across their direct business and beyond
- Expert negotiation skills with experience in high-level sales deals
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings
- Must be results-driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
- Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work products and demonstrate good follow up and follow-through
- Drives change and innovation by improving work product or process, and challenges established norms where appropriate
- Proven ability to build supportive and constructive relationships within and outside of the organization
