Execution Algo Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and enhance execution algorithms and trading-related automation tools
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to build scalable, high-performance trading systems
• Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain engineering excellence
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and risk teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing electronic execution or trading algorithms
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience within financial systems or trading environments
• Strong knowledge of multithreaded programming, concurrency, and lock-free design patterns
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• Understanding of risk management concepts within trading environments
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools for planning, coding, and testing workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
