Al Engineer
Responsibilities
Support Enterprise Data Architecture integrated with the IC enterprise architectures.
Planning and executing integration of Al services into mission and business applications.
Establishing MLOps integration patterns (Cl/CD, model registry concepts, monitoring) aligned to enterprise platform.
Translate requirements into implementable Al solutions and pilots.
Ensuring Al solutions incorporate security controls and responsible Al practices appropriate to the environment.
Collaborate with AI/ML Modeler Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to translate analytical findings into production-ready solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in B-STEM with 3 years of experience OR Master’s Degree in B-STEM with 0 years of experience OR associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School/High School equivalency diploma with 9 years of experience.
- Experience planning and executing integration of Al services into mission and business applications, including A Pis and worktlow automation.
- Experience establishing MLOps integration patterns (Cl/CD, model registry concepts, monitoring) aligned to enterprise platforms.
- Experience partnering with mission and business owners to translate requirements into implementable Al solutions and pilots.
- Experience ensuring Al solutions incorporate security controls and responsible Al practices appropriate to the environment.
- Experience conducting technical evaluations and integration planning for COTS/GOTS tools and enterprise Al platforms.
- Experience tracking performance and outcomes; develop decision briefs for leadership.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
