Job Summary

Responsibilities

Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital’s mission, vision and values.

Plans, organizes, directs, staffs and controls the activities of the Human Resources and Employee Health Department.

Ensures all functions managed are in compliance with required federal, state and local statutes.

Builds cohesive relationships with internal and external customers and ancillary departments.

Develops and manages departmental budgets.

Supports and advances the mission and goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five years of experience in an HR management role; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and Exhibits diplomacy and time management skills.
