Responsibilities

• Build and maintain intelligent agents that understand real-world workflows and execute them end-to-end.
• Replace manual processes and rigid legacy systems with adaptive, learning software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intelligent automation solutions.
• Continuously improve agent performance through data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications
