Excellerate Industrial Engineering Coordinator

About the role

As an Industrial Engineering Coordinator, you are a key member of the Operations Engineering team. You will interface with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure projects and tasks are executed according to schedule. You will also play an integral role in Process System Design, helping with manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics for existing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain accurate records on change notices and temporary deviations for Operations Engineering projects.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build-related documentation.
• Coordinate and support the execution of Excellerate Process System Designs key milestones.
• Support project launch activities by assisting with preproduction build activities.
• Manage and drive open action item lists with cross-functional team members.
• Verify and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) content after initial setup.
• Monitor metrics around Key Process Indicators for projects.
• Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma (required).
• Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Up to 10% travel based on company need.

Schedule

This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
