Excellerate Electrician Quality Control

The Excellerate Quality Control Electrician is responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conducts quality inspections for layout, conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
- Reviews construction documents and identifies potential quality issues.
- Analyzes startup/commissioning schedules and prepares checklists.
- Trains employees on job site performance and safety standards.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to project managers and supervisors.
- Participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Completes Project Expectations Reviews and assists in data collection for Short Circuit Arc Flash Studies.
- Promotes 5S manufacturing practices and actively participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Mentors and supports team members through coaching and development activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience and/or quality experience.
- Travel up to 10% based on company needs.
- Flexible work schedule between 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
