Excellerate Electrician Quality Control

The Excellerate Quality Control Electrician is responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for layout, conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
• Reviews construction documents and identifies potential quality issues.
• Analyzes startup/commissioning schedules and prepares checklists.
• Trains employees on job site performance and safety standards.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to project managers and supervisors.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Completes Project Expectations Reviews and assists in data collection for Short Circuit Arc Flash Studies.
• Promotes 5S manufacturing practices and actively participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Mentors and supports team members through coaching and development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience and/or quality experience.
• Travel up to 10% based on company needs.
• Flexible work schedule between 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Construction document review and analysis.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
