About the role
The Faith Apprentice I is responsible for electrical and specialty systems installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and practical skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and specialty systems.
- Uses manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders to bend conduit.
- Performs wire and cable pulls.
- Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
- Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
- Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
- Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
- Participates in safety initiatives like tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings.
- Engages in the hiring referral and mentoring program.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
