About the role

The company is seeking bilingual candidates to fill various administrative, warehouse, and management positions across multiple locations. Positions include Account Managers, Administrative Assistants, Warehouse Associates, Dispatchers, Human Resources Generalists, Asset Management Specialists, Procurement Specialists, Recruiters, Operation Supervisors, and more.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate logistics and transportation operations
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Recruit and train new employees
• Manage procurement processes
• Oversee warehouse operations and asset management
• Support carrier management and transportation planning

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and one additional language (Chinese or Mandarin)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in relevant field (e.g., warehousing, logistics, administration)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license for some positions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some positions may require a college degree or relevant certifications
