Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide technical support
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues
- Conduct training sessions for new hires
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
