Excab Warehouse Generalist I

About the role

This position is responsible for multiple job functions within the warehouse, including reading and writing product numbers, pulling, picking and assembling cabinets and other activities as assigned. The position will prepare products for outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventories for products receipted.

Responsibilities

• Pull & pick orders & assemble cabinets as directed
• Painting of cabinets when necessary
• Process RGA’s and damaged product
• Unload & load FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight
• Inventory control-putting stock away
• Use forklift and crown (pallet jacks) as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adhere to all safety and housekeeping policies and guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to identify and prioritize urgent orders
• Strong attention to detail (reading and writing product numbers and descriptions)
• Good communication skills with Sales/Shipping personnel
• Knowledge & understanding of pick and pack lists
• Keep work area neat & organized
• Keep accurate inventory notes

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
