Warehouse Generalist 1

Essential Functions

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
• Frequently required to push/pull a ladder, ascend and/or descend ladder while holding packages
• Sometimes required to sit, climb and balance

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to use RF equipment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Adhere to all safety and housekeeping policies and guidelines
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Identify and prioritize urgent orders
• Consistently hit standards in three or more functions for at least 500 hours in each function

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience with the use of WMS System a plus
• Ability to use specific keying tools and key cutting machine
• Process packages through the UPS/FedEx systems
• Demonstrate ability to hit standards in accuracy and productivity
• Ability to receive, inspect to insure accuracy and properly put away product.
