About the Role

The Test Security Specialist/Exam Proctor is responsible for carrying out all tasks associated with the administration of remote proctoring for PSI’s computer-based examinations across the US. The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including availability during general test center opening hours, with occasional late evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Remotely proctor a variety of high-stakes exams.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered.
• Promote and uphold the highest level of exam security.
• Write detailed reports and correspondence for all incidents encountered during an exam.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly queue performance reports.
• Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed.
• Work and communicate effectively with various levels of management.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the Online Assessments team as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service role required.
• Experience in a testing environment or invigilation/proctoring desirable.
• Computer literacy required; skills in Microsoft Office software are desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Evidence of ability and experience in identifying, evaluating, and troubleshooting potential problems for customers.
