EWR - Remote Pilot Operator Supervisor

About the role

The RPO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of CTS personnel providing RPO support. The role involves directing RPO schedules, monitoring and overseeing daily operations within the area of responsibility, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of RPO time cards.

Requirements

• Experience as a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator (RPO).
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of air traffic control systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation, aeronautics, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the aviation industry.
• Current Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) certification.
• FAA-approved training facility experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
