Roadmap
- Operate a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises.
- Receive voice commands from students and input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions.
- Translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology and respond to the student via the VCS using proper phraseology.
Certifications Required
- Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures)
- Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid U.S. driver’s license
- Experience operating a commercial aircraft
- Knowledge of air traffic control procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
