Responsibilities Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team membersEnsures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and proceduresKnowledge of all promotions and eventsMen’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintainedEmpty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the houseAssociate Dinning Room maintainedFaces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped cleanFloor clean of clutterVacuum where designatedSupervise staff members on your shiftEnsure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s abilityWork “hands on” with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures, company policies, rules and regulations, and Jumer’s standards of cleanliness are enforcedHelp handle any problem situations with both employees and guestsAnswer radio calls and communicate professionallyAll other duties as assignedPerforms other duties as assigned.
