EVS Lead

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, this position assists the Supervisor in maintaining a high-quality standard by keeping them informed on the condition of all assigned areas. You will train, supervise, and motivate environmental services personnel to ensure all schedules are completed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience preferred).
• Two or more years of related experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in a leadership role.
• MAB certification required within 3 months of hire.
