Time type: Full time, evening shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM), 80 hours per pay period.
About the role
Environmental Services Tech maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Oregon Driver’s license preferred
- Minimum of three (3) months experience performing some type of commercial cleaning duties
- Healthcare experience preferred
Physical/Mental/Environmental Requirements
- Able to stand, climb, stoop, bend frequently; positions require considerable physical activity
- May be required to lift up to 45 pounds
- Requires ability to tolerate exposure to conditions which may include toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, heights
- Able to use proper body mechanics to lift supplies and equipment and push carts
- Must wear protective clothing as required
- May be required to travel to various locations
- Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone
