EVS Resident Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Work scheduling of all department personnel
• Establishing work standards
• Conducting site evaluations/audits
• Overall inventory/equipment usage
• Budget control
• Employee performance appraisals
• Troubleshooting/problem solving
• Orientation/training of Department Supervisors and support personnel
• Customer relations
• Special project work as requested

Qualifications

• Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception
• High School diploma is required
• College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• EVS Healthcare Experience, Floorcare, Linen, Payroll, P&Ls, Training and Union experience is required
• Core subject matter expertise, union experience, with a focus on staff engagement highly preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
• Demonstrated proficiency with general business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong service/quality attitude
• Able to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management
• Able to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Strong public speaking skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed

Pay

• The expected salary range for this position ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors
• Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position)
