About the role

EVS Patient Ambassadors are key members of our patient care team. They provide exceptional customer service, assist patients with their needs, and ensure a positive hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Assist patients with their needs, including but not limited to locating services, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate areas
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients and visitors
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
