EVS Patient Ambassador 3rd Shift

Experience Requirements

• 5 years previous work experience in customer service, environmental, cleaning, and/or customer facing positions, healthcare experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills (use of iPad required).
• Effective communication with coworkers and patients.
• Being prepared, learning healthcare terminology.
• Willing to be cross-trained within the Department.

Competencies / Job Duties

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital to include but not limited to Nurses station, Patient rooms, and Public areas.
• Engage patients and staff throughout the day with energy, effort, and passion.

Requirements

• Must be able to apply disinfection cleaning practices as acquired through training.
• Good customer/patient relations skills.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals when in use and secure from public contact.
• Ability to protect confidential patient information.
