About the Role

The EVS Operations Manager supports the Director in ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment that meets all accreditation and patient safety standards across Harris Health facilities. This role oversees and coordinates the daily functions of EVS shift managers, supervisors, and service employees, including logistics and facilities management within clinical areas. The manager ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery through effective leadership and collaboration.

Reporting to the Administrative Director of Clinical Operations, the EVS Operations Manager demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities and responding to organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily functions of EVS shift managers, supervisors, and service employees.
• Manage logistics and facilities within clinical areas to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to respond to organizational needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Business or related field (preferred).
• Five (5) years of work experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Three (3) years of management experience.
• Above average verbal communication skills with heavy public contact.
• Proficient writing skills for correspondence and reports.
• Analytical abilities.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Proficiency with personal computer and MS Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Executive Housekeeping (CEH).
• Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP).
