Job Summary

This person should be comfortable performing intake health assessments, procedural based urgent care, chronic care, and emergency stabilizing care to individuals in custody at the Harris County Jail. The candidate may provide back-up/flexibility to the general provider workforce. Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelor of Science: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), PA-C.

- Request for leave must be submitted sixty (60) days in advance for approval to enable arrangements of schedule.
