EVS HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking immediate full-time EVS Housekeeping Supervisor positions at UMass Memorial Medical Center University. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
