About the role

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of all cleaning equipment and related chemicals.
• Walk the entire casino and building complex public areas to clean and demonstrate procedures.
• Clean lobbies, public and employee restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back-of-house areas.
• Submit written inspections to appropriate management.
• Follow through on all completed and/or scheduled projects.
• Know available cleaning supplies and their proper use.
• Operate and demonstrate equipment properly to others.
• Follow company, departmental, key, and chemical procedures.
• Enforce safety, lost-and-found, and energy conservation guidelines.
• Understand proper biohazard cleaning and disposal methods.
• Cross-train in assigned areas as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service focus with attention to producing quality results.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License preferred.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends as business needs dictate.

Pay

Starting at $13.75 an hour with a $500 Sign-On Bonus (not valid for former or current Cactus Petes team members).
